Anyone planning on coming I would save the petrol.

We are sat in our suite watching a track day at the moment with no signs of any Brawn F1 trucks

Just spoken to Ross. He apologises and tells me that his alarm didn't go off. As soon as he has had his brekkies, finds the truck keys (He thinks they are in his old Honda jacket somewhere) he'll be on his way.

It's only a shakedown test so they probably wouldn't make any big announcements about it.

I just called the circuit and they say it's a closed session with no spectator access.

It's not surprising they want it closed, if they had some kind of failure early on and it got out, the tabloid headlines would be writing them off before they even get started which wouldn't be good for attracting more sponsorship. This way they can get all their problems out of the way in private before the proper test next week.

Talking about Sponsorship, am I the only one who thinks that Brawn Racing would be a brilliant coup to become a major sponsor for... Think about it, they do not need to generate a massive amout of cash this year (I Suspect because Honda are still allegedly writing cheques) but, think about the amount of headlines they will grab......
