I love their weekly newsletter, and especially the 'Top Tips' section, which always contains some genuinely useful advice.

This weeks is something I never knew before, but I'll share it here in case you find it useful: "Email clients Outlook Express, Gmail, etc, won't allow you to send the message "You are a ". Try to send an email with that title to your boss, it won't let you."

I've just tried it, and it's true Have a go yourself!

Hmmm, I assume that's not true, just fun seeing people try to do it? I just tried (mail to myself) and Entourage, Outlook and Outlook Web Access have no problem doing that.

I've now got 3 deleted items I'd rather not have
