Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know the Ford part number for the sump gasket?
Ford are being pretty useless.

Hi Olly, not familiar with Ford part numbers but from the Duratech 3l assy instructions, part number for gasket is shown as 6710. Don't know if that part number is specific to engine but hope it helps.
