I saw two lads in meadowhall last night who had done it.

It seems to be big in Leeds.

What is it?

Safety-pinning your baggy jeans really tightly around your ankles as a fashion statement, that's what! Now I'm only 28 but why do these usually stylish young folk have to go to new levels of tackyness?
