Help - who is comedy actor

He is a bit fat, not very funny. Has strange hair. In a lot of comedy movies that aren't funny, along the same lines as Adam Sandler but even more annoying.

Will Ferrell "peaked" as Mugatu in Zoolander, I didn't find anchorman that funny. A few giggles here n there but nothing spectacular.

Seth Rogen is sort of going the same way, not much of an actor just a smart arsed stoner slob. Kudos to him for getting in shape for the green hornet though...
