Runflat initialising

How long should the runflat initialising take roughly? Mine still hasn't completed after about about 10 miles of driving (E60 5-series). Is that normal?

On mine it does it instantly.

Takes a little while, say 5 to 10 minutes in mine.

Well it's definitely buggered. The dealer has tried reinstalling the software but no joy - apparently they're having to discuss with some engineers in Germany about it as they've run out of ideas.

The whole runflat thing is pissing me off - I don't even want the damn things on the car!

Starting to wonder if I should have let my E39 530i go....
