Door veneer trim removal

Looking for replacements for both doors. Anybody any ideas where to get them?
Had all my wood done by London Carridge Craft and can highly recommend them.
They use real wood veneer rather than a plastic film (as used in cheap jobs...), and it really shows.
Interesting point was made when I took my wood to LCC, Malcolm (Director) said that the door trim (only bits that were original) was just a metal strip painted brown with slodges of lighter brown dabbed over the dark brown!!!! Hope the factory have improved things since then!
