Basically a man made a cast for his fractured leg OUT OF COCAINE!! You would think that you are in the clear, but no. They poured a liquid on the cast? and it showed it was in fact made of cocaine.
Are officials really that witty? Surely this guy who tried to pull a fast one on them must have done something to get the attention of officials, right?
