Coilovers- best for road use
Discussion
I've had my Griff for just over a year and never been happy with the ride on poor road surfaces. It has the standard set up and only done 30K miles but from what I read the shocks probably need changing. Just read the article in Sprint about GAZ gold and the guy with the Tuscan seems initially well pleased. Is this the way to go with the Griff, anybody with experience?Ideally need to higher the ride height by about 15mm as I catch something underneath (not sure what though) occasionally on the horrible speed humps around where I live and then there is the bouncing/pitching and bottoming of the car on bad surfaces when taken at speed.
Regarding offers the article points to Track V and £675 (although £695 in their add) but they are far from me and offer ends end of March. Anyone know of a supplier/fitter Nottingham/Derby area who can match that fitted/set up price, I'm on a tight budget this year thanks to Brown?
