Cheapish Digital Camera with Long Exposure??

[yozzer]

Hello,

I am looking to buy a reasonably cheap digital camera (up to £150ish). IS there any on the market that have a basic Long Exposure mode? up to 30 seconds would do.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated>

I have a Canon Powershot S80 which gives you 15 secs if that's enough. It's stunning for a compact. Loads on e bay second hand from £48 (discontined model - 2 years old)
