Accident on Vastern Road !!!!

Just walking home from Hospital (nothing serious, just an x-ray of my accelerator foot 
) and I saw an accident in this black spot!
It was definitely speed related (both cars were moving), and it must have been serious because there was glass everywhere.
Oh yes - 'roundabout'. It was on a roundabout - accident could have happened anywhere.
But still - I think the TVSRP are totally vindicated in their choice of speed trap location
