E34 back of seat recovering, a quick query.....

Hi folks,
Just picked up a rather nice E34 Touring, the usual seatback bolster issue of wear is apparent however have a new cover for it.

Is it a hideous job to recover the seatback, and if not, any hints?

Any decent car interior company will do a good job. Its not so difficult but matching colours is an art.
