Tail Light Upgrade

I know many people have been waiting on these marcos built tail lights, but does anyone know what model/mk mondeo the tail lights came from?
Is it not possible to find an upgraded set of lights for a mondeo and transfer them?

Quick answer is no, I have a nice pair of rear lights for what I thought was the correct model but they where for an estate whereas what we need is for a saloon (I think thats right). Spent ages trying to find something to update the rear. Tinting seems to look quite good from what Ive seen on there, (liked the idea of just tinting the orange part-looks good) It may be worth a look on the Ultima site their latest rear lights look good (round neon ones)-would need alot of adaption but if someone out there had the time to make a mould etc etc who knows, if it worked I would buy a pair!!

Be careful here, many people have been down this route only to get the wrong saloon lights which don't fit.
The correct lights are MK1 mondeo with boot as opposed to hatchback.
This got as far as an aftermarket manufacturer saying they would produce some "specials" at x price for x units only to inflate the price beyond madness at the last minute.
Many people will promise they have the corrrect "bling" lights for your application. They don't.

The only tangible lights I know of that fit are from Noblemods.
