Over here we had some problems with a pollution because there was simply no rain for three months. Someone got the brilliant idea to block the cars totally on certain days. Sundays per example. Nothing happened, pollution during weekdays was the same. Then a brilliant minds said: Let's introduce an old well tested even-odd system for number plates.
I found myself locked outside medium and big cities only because my plate was even on certain days looking at "Fiat uno leaded fuel with stinking additives plus PCB and lead" 1983 circulating with no problem because he had an odd plate or old diesels producing tons of micro particles.
And all this after several years of brain-j*****g campaign forcing all to buy "European pollution regulation" cars called here Euro 3 or Euro 4 (2005).
I have all my cars polluting 20 times less than mentioned Uno and I have to stay HOME. All this happens because we have some f****s on decision roles that are simply brain damaged and corrupted. SHAME
