Im looking for a suction mount so I can mount my 400d inside the car and possibly outside too if I pluck up the courage to attach my camera to a moving car lol.

A friend has suggested this http://www.chasecam.co.uk/Products/triple_cup_wind...

Looks good but will it do the job? Anyone who owns one who could offer some coments?

Are there any others that PHer's would recomend? Budget is £60

Cheers
Dan

I have one of these: http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/1752511/art/cullma...

I cant remember where I bought it from but it was about that sort of money. Only going to be any good attached to the windscreen though, but once it's locked it's pretty sturdy

DogCam Sport have mounts that you can attach to the headrest posts if thats your thing

Im mainly interested in mounting it to the rear screen and facing forward looking through the car and out onto the road. Would like to dabble in some light trail stuff whilst the inside of the car is sharp and clear....if you get what I mean lol

The possability of recording a video of some of my drives out makes a mount like this very tempting.

OK, what I should have said was only going to be any good mounted to glass! I'd have thought that either would be fine for what you're thinking of doing, but I'm sure I read up on specific tripods that could be car mounted inside

Most of us use B Hague http://www.b-hague.co.uk/camera_suction_pads_vacuu...

ETA - don't leave it on your window on a really hot sunny day for ages, as it will crack the glass.
