As the thread title hints at, I've got some quite nice stuff, now surplus to requirements that I really don't want to skip. Top of the list are three glazing panels (bay window) that must be usefull to someone. They cost me the best part of £1500 before the bay window in question fell off the front of the house

I've ot it up on E-gay at the mo, but can't imagine getting much interest

Any great ideas where I could get rid

Oh, and why isn't there a "housing" forum smile

Fell of the front of a house you say, is that better or worse than off the back of a lorry?

When I used to be on sites, it always disappointed me how much good material was branded waste and as such ended up in the skip.

The practice I work at now have quite a strong recycling policy, however, what really bugs me is that any form of recycling of site based materials usually costs to get transported.

Added to that, surly the fact that it is being transported again just negates any good that recycling might be doing in the first place.

I hope you get some interest in the units, but I wouldn't hold out for much.

Indeed, hopes are not desperately high

Thanks for your thoughts Nik, the final removal of the old one was actually done with my Range Rover (to try and keep some sort of PH theme) hehe
