I don't think Obama likes us
Discussion
Interesting but doesn't quite hit the nail on the head - behind all the rhetoric, behind the fact that he's the first black president is all the same old trendy claptrap spewed forth by lefty liberals that means to turn history on its head, right perceived wrongs and squander the positive legacy of yesterday in the futile hope that it will cure so many of the ills of today. Same s
te as Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. Others though are hinting that Obama is out of his depth and this is bad news for everyone.

Have to agree with a sinking feeling Obama is a lemmon.
His record of acheivement as a senator was average and expectation on him is huge. His team around him has talent but then he lost some number one choices and his handling of the next banking package so far has been poor.

However Obama seems far more disinterested in foreign affairs than Bush.
Mind you can you blame him , he has a pretty full in tray i would think I was amazed with the blind faith of so many people in Obama during the election despite the complete noncommittal in so many aspects of his policies. I think a lot of people voted for the black guy to make a symbolic statement. It is certainly a milestone. The trouble is who in their right mind would have voted for McCain with Palin as Vice-President? I think the election was over when that decision was announced and she started to get airtime. Yikes!
As many people have said already, he appears to be America's Blair. I for one will be interested to see what shape America is in after his first term is over.

While I think the DVDs were funny it's actually quite an insult to the British people to return the bust. It may not have been a good idea to treat the leader of your only real ally like this either.
He is however a Kenyan so probably blames us for all African problems and the slave trade.
