well after what seems like forever the car is nearly done !!! got all my new heat shields done as well .

Hi Simon, new diffuser is old one modded by me and then repainted !!! very pleased with results !!! would be pretty easy to do another !!

I know the feeling mate. I did what your doing 2 years a go. it defo worth it in the end and it certainly helped sell my car. the guy had looked at 5 others that were all newer and said my was the best looking, especially underneath!! Only thing is you wont want to get it dirty, lol.

Makes me ashamed as I opened the rear clip at the weekend to check the water and had to scrap 2 inches of mud and road grim which had accumulated frown

Well gave it alot of thought but in the end i made them out of a hardwood called obeche , its very stable and easy to work with ,used a sealer to stop water getting into them then had the paint shop finish the job !!! i,m lucky as i have full woodworkshop facilitys on hand !! Andy yours is mucky because you have done 500 miles in a week !!! mines done zilch !!

art411 - thats a sure sign of OCD !! perhaps you have too much time

but fair play, what ever floats your boat. I personally don't get the bufty thing

mine is sitting in the garage dirty and has not been washed this year getmecoat

Think I'll stick with the Ult for the time being, I know how it was put together. wink

Nice. What did you treat that exhaust with and is it a standard unit?
