...to be shot with a beanbag round from a shotgun, even from about 30 feet away because it really fcensoredcking hurts cry and leaves a nice big bruise.

Great for defending yourself, property and family though. Every house should have a shotgun and some of these shells to deal with intruders.

It's rarely wise to volunteer for anything.

However, I shall add being shot by a beanbag to the list. Thank you.

Close, but more curiosity getting the better of us.

Next week: Pepper spray, is it as effective as a beanbag round? wink

I know it's wrong but I want to try both of those. Nothing dodgy, just curiosity!

#589 of things never to volunteer for.
#590 is being shot with a stun gun.

Went paintballing at the weekend, my friend didn't expect it to hurt too much.

Now he is off work with 2 broken knuckles.

I remember being asked (when in the RAF) if I wanted to go to Porton Down for live chemical weapons testing. Said I'd get another Quid odd a day.

FFS just how gullible did they think new recruits were....? (this was the 1980's not the 1950's)!!!!!!

I'd say getting shot with a bean bag round is already fairly low on the list of things I'm likely to volunteer for, but thanks for the warning all the same

Get a mate to drop a brick onto your leg from the second story, that would simulate the sudden pain quite accuratly.

If you got one in the head it'd turn your face inside out eek.

I know a guy who agreed to this is the Australian army, he was a bit thick. He reported that it was very unpleasant, just after all the insects go quiet... GREAT PAIN!!!

Anyway, good choice saying no

That reminds me of one of those Police Camera action programes with "Sheriff John Burnell" /American accent.

Some big black geezer was on one in the middle of the street and got shot about 12 times with those beanbags + was tazered and still was fighting the Bib as they tried to take him down. That's some good Chang.

I remember that black dude with a samurai sword.

They had to spray him of his feet with a high pressure firehose, and then basically run in and pull the sword off him.

He had to be pepped up on drugs to manage to take the onslaught they give him.
