My bike has been stolen from my work's outhouse building that doubles as a bike shed.

Nothing on that bike bar the frame was standard, the whole thing has been upgraded and I only got it back on Friday after spending £000's on a new drivetrain.

I can't believe it's gone...

Just thought i'd share my misery with other bikers...

My Mate had his bike nicked a while back, it was his P&J, it took him a while to get over it. Fortunately he got £1k back on the house insurance which he put towards a brand new Stumpjumper!

I'll be gutted if i see some scrote riding around on it.

My insurance have just confirmed that I'm covered, and as I'm such a admin bod I have every recipt and a picture of it and my local LBS will confirm the amounts and replcement cost that I'll be shopping in a few weeks.

Although, at the moment, I can't quite get over someone is riding my bike with all it's hand picked bits and bobs on it.

That's when it hits hardest, when it's a custom bike that you've built to your own desired spec, it's virtually unique.

Hope it all works out.

Sorry to hear this. At least the fact that it is unique may assist in it being spotted and hopefully retrieved.

Fckers...
Hope the insurance play along as they likely expecting to spit out a cheque for a 150 quid POS from Halfrauds.. they go into a tizzy when you say its a bike worth 3-4k.

Yes, my bike was stolen a few weeks ago from inside my Student halls in Sheffield.

Gutting. Wasn't overly expensive, wasn't souped up or anything. But it was still my bike, and it was great. I also hate the thought of some scrote riding round on my bike.
