Question for Okgo (or another dealer) regarding tlc

Can you tell me, please, whether I should have received a book of tlc vouchers with my 58 factory JCW? Tlc was part of the deal, but looking through the handbook pack I don't seem to have the book of vouchers that came with my last MINI.

Does tlc work on a voucher system still or does the computer just know I've got it when I take the car for a service?

Hi you should have recieved a brochure book, but to be honnest its not essential as it should be registered on the BMW uk system. With your reg id be able to check for you

TLC works on the system rather than the vouchers you used to get with the early cars. Simply taking your key to a dealership will tell you what you have left on your TLC pack to use

Although they still do give out the TLC books, it seems nobody bothers filling them in, but as said it will show on our system!
