21st ideas please!

right my dad wants to do something special, im not that fussed but will always have something if its offerd 
now theres 2 ideas floating round.
one holiday to the canary islands, bearing in mind we will be going in april we trhought thats probably our best bet for some nice weather! the only thing i was keen about feurtaventura was there wanst relaly much to do? anyone got any recomendations of where to go? which islands best? or maybe somehwere else? but it must be nice weather and not toooooooo expensive!
the other option is to do a hire car track day, iv done the everyman racing euro challenge which was good but want more time in the car, just seems so expensive though! especialy when the insurance excess is stupidly high aswell! i would do a track day in my own car but its undergoing some heavy treatment at the moment but would love a go in something a bit different! any ideas?
