Looking at the recent rise in second hand prices....is now the time to look at new cars again?

What sort of % discounts is it possible to get from BMW dealers now? Porsche are offering 25% I hear - could you get 20% out of BM?

Id be stunned if porsche were offering 25% off.

I use www.broadspeed.com as a yardstick as they supply uk cars.

Gen 1 Cayman's from what I read / heard. Not sure if anyone has stock left.

I would take it with a pinch of salt.

Imagine the impact that would have on residuals and the very tightly conrolled prices on cars on their forecourts.

Back to BMW's though, i think 10% is very viable.

While looking for a used one recently i've had a couple of dealers offer me 10% off new stock without really having to push them..
