How do I go tubeless?

On my Pitch Pro, I'm running 2Bliss Eskar 2.3s (OEM DT 445 rims) and I like some recommendations for a kit to convert to tubeless.

Stans Notubes seems like a popular choice, but are there other systems worth considering? I'm principally interested in loosing rotating mass rather than the ability to run ultra low pressures.

If you want to do it on the cheap, have a search on the web for 'ghetto tubeless'. Then it's just two 20" inner tubes and some sealant.
