BIB question.

Ok heres the scenario. Bout 20 mins ago was wayching tv when i could hear some extremely loud shouting going on outside.
I looked out the window, half expecting to see a fight going on but no.
It was 3 "yoofs" 1 of which was an ugly girl.
All 3 of em were shouting you and bastard and bastard and as loud as they could at each other like it was some big joke.
I saw red and went out and told em to shut their holes.
The two boys continued walking up the road a little way and the girl sstopped and was grinning.
Until i asked if she thought being stomped was funny.
Anyways, it ended up with me being "in her face" and her saying that i couldnt touch her cos "im only 14" and all the usual bollox...like "ill call the cops if you touch me".
Fat chance of the plods being that fast round here...(no disrespect to you guys, it aint your fault the system is shat).

Question is: If they come back with a bunch of others and cause me grief, what action can i take?
Supposing they decide to brick the house, can i respond with equal force?
I have to tell you now, i dont give much for their chances if they do.
Advise me please, cos if it kicks off, ill probably be inside for the duration.....

you can defend you/another/your property provided you meet these criteria:

1) you MUST honestly believe self defence was was necessary

2)you must use reasonable force (meaning it is necessary to defeat "harm" and proportionate to the harm you could suffer-meaning if somebody came towards you with a clenched fist, you cant pull a gun out and kill them dead)

3)must be action from an immediate threat...so if they come back and give you crap...you cant belt one as hes walking away.


if you satisfy these criteria, and you are protecting yourself/another/property, then you'll have a full defence to a later charge.

yep correct having said that had same thing not so long back groupe trows half a brick at my mrs whow was standing by the car.

I was comeing out a house door at my mothers place.

so go for the littel prick one comes the hard man spoting im ony 14 you cant touch me.

sould have seen the littel shit his pants whne i lifted him of the ground by his trote trew him across the round and asskicked the littel er down the road.

so he runs off and come back with daddy.

who seems too want a row too. so out go his lights.

dident get any more problem the kids dont trow rocks there no more.

they know the im only 14 bit dont help

and daddy know if he dont want a busted jaw he better see they behave there selfs.


ps remember these works he shouted im going to kill you and charged at me, I thort he had a knife.

So I defended my self officer.

It helps if you got a spare blade to drop down when needed.

You can also pre-empt an attack if you believe you are about to be assaulted. Not a lot of people know that but why wait to be hit first if your certain it's coming? If your adrenaline is flowing then you feel threatened.

Thanks Silverback! Indeed thanks to all of ya.
Its a sorry state of affairs when you have to consider drastic retribution just cos some mouthy little squealer cant act in an acceptable manner isnt it?
Says something about our society when these little bastards have more rights to act in a bad way than we do as adults to stop them.
