What time do you go to bed ?

I tend to go to bed around 10pm and then struggle to get up for 6.30am. I hate getting up early but need to be at work around 7am.
I'm finding that now I get good exercise, a decent nights sleep and eat healthy, I am always tired and genuinely feel like crap. When I was working abroad, getting pissed every night and living on a diet of burgers, steaks and four hours a night sleep, I felt fine.

Yup, I'm totally with you on that one - before I gave up the juice for fitness reasons and so was totally unhealthy, I would think nothing of going out clubbing until 3am on a "school night" and then bowling into work bright and early the next day.I'm finding that now I get good exercise, a decent nights sleep and eat healthy, I am always tired and genuinely feel like crap. These days (fit, non drinker, 7-8 hours sleep and still feeling crappy) I can't even *comprehend* that.
I go to bed any time between 10 and 12 depending on what's on TV, or if I'm up to something on the computer, gaming, working or just surfing the net, usually get up at 7.30ish.
The strange thing is I tend to get up earlier on the weekend, usually by 6.30 as I don't want to waste the weekend sleeping.
