sadly I'm missing the annual pilgrimage to Le Mans this year due to crewing for some nutter doing RAAM 2009, basically U.S.A west to east coast, 3000 miles on a bicycle in ten days, at least I'm driving the RV!!
I was looking forward to the cars and beer.............!

Exactly the opposite for me. Supposed to be crewing for friends doing RAAM but can't with other commitments and the possible missing of Le Mans to facilitate . . . . Gotta get your priorities right

Supposed to have been crewing for Caledonian Chain Gang, but with work commitments and time off for Le Mans as well had to turn down the chance. Did really fancy crossing the States with friends and colleagues but couldn't justify both so RAAM lost out to Le Mans
