Have to say, I really liked last years LM shirt. Relevant to the topic and none of this pie rubbish!
2009 refresh of the 2008 shirt would do for me - different colour as well as I have a good feeling that it's going to be a scorcher this year after the rain of the last few years and so black won't really be the ticket!!

I'd agree with the no-black! Think it might be a scorcher too, fingers crossed and fridge at the ready!

How about a PH smiley-man driving a car - the outline of which is the same as a stubby beer bottle which is on it's side.

or

A take on the Rolex start-finich clock

or

something based on this cheeky sign

perhaps with a smiley in place of the radar 'dot'

ETA - obviously my creative juices are flowing tonight.

What about something to support the Aston LMP1 effort? Seems entirely in keeping to me.

Gulf colours are a must.

Just a thought.

I thought about that, and although many will be supporting the Astons this year there are also many many car clubs that go (Corvette club, for example) to support their team. Plus, PH is very European (even though the majority are in UK) so it would limit sales quite a lot.

Nice idea, but I'll be getting a separate Aston shirt and a PH specific one.

(edited to remove an errant apostrophe!)

Original Light Blue + Orange Gulf colours are a good idea... I don't know if being team specific is a good one though..

What about a shot of the Le Mans Dunlop bridge with Dunlop blacked out and Piston Heads writen in place biggrin Would be good to have an outline of the curcit someware on the shirt. What about on the back of the shirt a list of all previous 24hr Le Mans winners?
