No mate. "Fortunately" I'm freehold. Purely down to having spoken with a few ex-leaseholders (Punch etc.) who did a good job in scaring me off! I was *very* close to being one though (again, Punch, not Enterprise).I hope things are going OK for you though. It's tough work at the best of times, no?
