Had a problem with one of my radiator hoses supplied by ACT (three years and 3500 miles ago). Phoned Tim up yesterday morning to explain the problem, result was a new relacement hose received in the post this morning - no charge and didn't even want to see the old one! Brilliant service, you can't do better than that.
