Are these type of cameras only used through roadworks?
Are truvelos popular in this country? I can't say I've ever seen one.

There are some permanent SPECS - Nottingham ringroad and M1 in Leeds spring to mind.

Truvellos are becoming more popular because there is a better chance of photographing the driver

Popular? Seems to vary with county... On the A14 between Huntingdon and Cambridge they dropped about 15 from a helicopter and wired 'em up where the fell.

Dunno why... it's normally impossible to top 50mph on that road.
