Classifieds: Arrange by price etc

In Google's Chrome, when I arrange by price it doesn't actually do this correctly.
It does some, then you always find a few that are more expensive dotted around the listing.

More likely premium and not.

It does work correctly in chrome (I'm another chrome user). The premium adverts will come first, in whatever order you have chosen, followed by the standard adverts.

I do wish that you could put a marker in the results to denote this, or even better a marker next to the page number that denotes the start of bog standard adverts as it's mildly irritating trying to flick through and find it.

Highlighting the page number is tricky because the pages can be cached at different points in time, but we can look into putting a line marking the split between standard and premium.
