is there a decent handwash place around here? i borrowed my dad's car for a week so the least i can do is return it nice and shiny, but i don't have the facility here and if i have it done local to me it'll be black again by the time i've driven there!
Whatever you do, don't take it to the place opposite the Shell garage on the north side of town. It took me an entire 1hr lunchbreak to get my car washed by those jokers. Never again.
No problem, mate. Sorry I can't offer a solution. They set up one just on the Cas side of J32 a few weeks ago but that seems to have gone. Hope you get your dad's car looking good!
ended up doing it myself. washed and polished the paintwork, sills and closures. went through the entire cabin, hoovered everything. even polished the glass. needless to say i got a grilling about what i'd done to it, what did i hit, etc. dads eh!
