Convertible soft top

Anyone have any recommendation re products to use to clean my M3 soft top. Its looking pretty patchy after spending the winter with the hard top on.

The products used to clean and seal the roof are

303 fabric / vinyl convertable cleaner

303 high tech fabric guard


The fabric guard applied after you have cleaned the roof will do this
