Are front brake ducts available for the monaro as i've just fitted my front ap's with the help of a good friend and theirs only a few mm clearance between the caliper and the alloy, and i don't want them to touch if the calipers expands with heat. Are their any diy methods, and how do you fully remove the guard behind the disks?

I removed the rivets and just cut it off. I have 2" ducts at the mo but soon to change to 4". I intend removing my fog lights and make new guards. The ducts I have now start from under my front spoiler www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=GLOID150-75 using one of these ducts, then the hose is just cable tide to the bottem suspension arm

I d'not have ap's, I've got DBA rotors and willwood's. My mate has ap's and you can just about get a fag paper between wheels and brakes.

With APs and 18"s, clearance between calliper and inside of wheel rim is tiny, a few mm or so. I had to remove the standard stoneguard/backing plate to get the discs to fit. I was worried that a stone could get caught between the calliper and wheel, but so far I've had no problems.

I've just bent it back for now but i will remove it at a later stage. How did you remove it did you just drill the rivets out and if so how many rivets are there?

Just drilled the rivets out as far as I remember, there weren't many.
