I have used Weston and have been pleased with the work also its worth considering Thor tuning in kenilworth. Though they are both jap specialists they will work with other cars.

weston are really good, misses took her supra there and they were on it all day sorting problems and setting it up, never left the rollers for 8 hours, bill was £380 i think. i thought that was damn good, running 409.8bhp

if you have a jap car they have there own drift car so they know there stuff and a 800bhp+ supra in the waiting room with screen and windows to watch your car on the rollers etc etc, inc live feeds to the dyno machine

for my car club i've been looking into booking a rolling road day and thor racing was mentioned they seem to be very expensive for their runs they wanted 40 plus vat per car if we had 16 fwd cars going or 60 plusvat for 4wd drive cars and would allow 16 cars per day,

whereas hi tech i was down there on saturday and going back on friday were 20 per run and could handle as many cars as we could supply them with.

i can ask hom much it would be to get a car set up there if you want?
the garage was full of track cars

Been to hitech once never again. RR said my peak power was over 7k rpm though i know its more like 6k and red lines at 6.5k. Also the RR print out was on a dot matrix!!!!!

edit: i called and ask about cooling (as i have a turbo/IC) they bigged it up "no problem" etc. Get there and its the size of my missus hairdryer and one of the legs broken....

Went to weston on a group rolling road day...... facilities are excellent, well laid out and clean,Greg likes to big themselves up as expected to sell their services as any company would, everyones car was down about 30-40 hp on the day,and he has a dislike of road based mappers..... but as they have a very expensive dyno dynamics system he would prefer that way of doing things.....never been back.
