32LG3000 32" LCD....

My ex-rental Hitachi CRT I've had for 10 years is on the blink. Keeps dropping into standby.

So time for something new. A quick trip around Comet and Currys and the 32LG3000 looks ok.

£339.40

Any suggestions over that? Or avoid it warnings?

Thats a bargain. Just got a 26LG3000 for my birthday, think that was around £290.

No complaints yet, although I've only briefly tested it out. We do however have a 22LG3000 downstairs and its all good so far. Only complaint is that when you press guide it takes a while for the program list to appear.

32PG6000 is the better set, being a plasma.

Or the Pioneer KRL-32V if you're fortunate enough to find one.

The Pioneer appears to be a bit over my budget...

The 32PG6000 appeals. I just need to decide if I should stretch the budget that far.
