I'm thinking of buying a F355 and would like to have Sat Nav in it (my sense of direction is useless). I can't have a TomTom or Similar because they use the cigarette lighter and i normally have my Itrip plugged in there.

Anyway I've looked up Hallfords quickly, just to see what was about and they do this one:

Which actually fits in to the Dash, but i don't think it would fit. Does anyone know if it is possible to make it fit without ripping the dash apart?

They also do this, which has a pop-up screen, which is probably the best type to go for:

Has anyone put either of these types of systems in their cars? If so how did you find them? Also if you could recommend a good system that would be great.

Thanks

I probably could, but i don't really fancy having heaps of wires around the car.

Thanks anyway though.

or hardwire a power lead for the satnav in so that it's all hidden away other than a few inches inthe corner of the dash where you'd plug the unit into
