Chris Evans/P1 little gathering this morning..did anyone go

I only stumbled across this event at Chris Evans pub, but did anyone go from here?

There was the usual assortment of exotica including an Enzo, Chris Evans white F40, another F40, a few AM etc etc.

Took some pics. but no idea how to upload.

Was heading down to Goodwood as the calvacade came by heading north on the A283 - Enzo sounded absolutely superb and epic road prescence.

Good selection of exotica but from the look of the photos of the last one in Novemeber it looked like better turnout.

Is it me or does white just not work on the F40, it makes it look incredibly date IMHO.

The display cars were invitation only, it was advertised on the Evans pubs site and also in the local press

I personally think Evans s white f40 looks absolutely beautiful! it twas the first time he got to show it off after the paint job. It really is a credit to Chris s body shop who also have sprayed several of chris s other cars white, not sure why but most of his collection is now white, even the multi million pound ferrari collection!! Steve really is a legend when it comes to paint! but then he should be when he charged over 30k to set about on the f40 and took him 4 months!
Chris you are a legend and I love ya!!, Bentley next me thinks! the only brand new flying spur saloon in old english white

I totally agree with you on that one, it looks bloody awfull & has ruined a great car IMHO. I can see white working on a modern car Mucielago, R8, Veyron but not an F40.

Exactly, I love the F40 it is one of my all time favourites! I think I'd take mine in Giallo Fly
