Yes it can. I found it fairly easy to do. Get the car up off the ground and you will see there is bracket work, as part of chassis in the vacinity of the pedal box. You will see additional holes in the bracket work and it will be obvious what adjustment you have. There are 4 nuts to undo that hold the pedal box in place. Be careful when handling the box once undone as the brake pipes are rigid but being copper alloy do have an amount of flexibility. In my opinion they would have been better using similar flexibles as per the clutch connection off the bell housing. The throttle cable should be ok as it moves with the peddal box.
If you are pushing the assembly forwards (away from the drivers seat) make sure you do not foul any electrical cables (in particular the ECU) Mine was loose and hanging at the back of the box assembly.

^^^ as he said, (but I think there may be 6 nuts to undo from underneath ?), plus the 3 bolts holding the alloy cover plate in place inside.
It is easy to undo and the holes are already there in the metal chassis plate underneath BUT make sure you can get the car raised high enough first as you will need to fit a drill & bit underneath to make matching holes in the glassfibre floor pan (I made this mistake & had to put it all back in the same place
). Obviously you will also need to seal the holes left in the original position after moving it.

Top man I forgot to add the drilling and sealing bit..... Done ! Not toooo bad. Only problem was the darned nuts were rusted to glory, and those daft loose "captive" bolts have a nasty habbit of torquing the side-wall of the pedal box until it bends and round goes the bolt and nut togther. Ended up disc cutting them off from underneath. Much easier !

Surely you little people can just move the seat forward ???? 
Got mine finished yesterday as well and it feels even more comfortable than before. Reckon I should have moved it even further forward though to keep that loud pedal out of temptations way!!
