Convoy of TVR's making good... progress.
Had a blast today with the Herts & Beds organised hoon. I was the only Wedge in amongst 50 other curvies! Really was a good day.
Anyway, after terrorising all & sundry the convoy finished at a pub with a large carpark for pic's & Tiv talk.
I then heard another rumble except this time it turned out to be another Wedge.. another Seac.. another 450 SEAC! (common as muck, clearly)
I ended up having a good chat with the owner Jim. I'd not seen this SEAC before and i think he mentioned he hadn't taken it to BBWF before.
Anyway the car was immaculate with a very shiny engine bay, equally mint was the chassis.. all Jims hard work.
Some pic's with mine:

I'm surprised you didn't see any SEAC's Steve.. they're everywhere!
I take it you had an enjoyable blast anyway?

Jim used to go to the northnts meets , and he turned up with that red 450 seac a few years ago , bought it off pistonheads ( I remember it being on there ) and as he does with all his Tvr's ( 3 at last count ) , he takes them apart completely and then starts again using new nuts/bolts etc !

That i can well believe! His car was mint. Wonder if he's bored & fancies doing another.
Maybe it wasn't such a wise move parking mine next to his..

I have to say that the Wedge's hood looks sooo much better than the Chim's when fully down.
Chim's looks like it should be on a bleedin pram !
I'll get me coat...
Having owned a 450 Chimaera before i can confirm that not only do they not fold as nicely as the wedge, you can't see out the rear view mirror!!Chim's looks like it should be on a bleedin pram !
