Chaps,

I am in fairly urgent need of a plasterer. While I work in the industry, I don't like to use my contractors for personal business. Does anyone know a decent plasterer to patch up a battered wall?

Thanks loads,

Andy

I found Andy through myhammer.co.uk. He did 4 days work for me at the end of last year, his quote was fairly priced, he was completely reliable in terms of turning up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, etc. He fitted plasterboard and then skimmed it for me, all to a good finish. He is fuelled by mugs of tea and bacon sandwiches, and his selection of music is a bit dodgy, but I'd thoroughly recommend him. Nice chap. thumbup

Jo,

Thanks for the tip. I will contact Andy and see if he'll quote me happy. I had a joiner round to price some works in my garage last week who loves prog rock so we got along famously. I'll keep you posted.
