I think it's TVR Military and Diplomatic. They have an Office in Germany.
Can be found through the Dealer list on the TVR site.

That's the last place I had expected to find a TVR dealer, especially among hordes of BMWs

Porsches, Thom. Hordes of Porsches..... and Ferraris.... and Maseratis. The only BMW to be seen in Starnberg in, is a Corniche Convertible - and the only VW to be seen in Starnberg in, is an Arnage Green Label.
