Does anyone know what sort of cost would be involved in re-trimming a F355's interior? It would be to change the colour from say black to cream etc?

Thanks

Also can anyone recommend someone would could carry out the work?

Does not realy matter what coulour you want the price is the same. I had a full retrim last year and it cost me over two grand.

A while back Birds Auto were retrimming a Bugatti EB110 and they were also doing a Diablo.

Oy Mush! So are you going to be wearing a red carnation when we meet up for a beer at Le Mans then because I still haven't figured out your previous persona. Had it narrowed down to two ... but the grammar's too good for one of 'em hehe

On topic, around £2k doesn't seem too unreasonable.

I reckon you could get it done for nearer half that imho...

There's a place up in Brum who I was going to get to do my Esprit (before the headgasket went!)

They did my friend's Type R (and before you recoil on the basis of the badge; I know they have done other Esprits and Ferraris) and I've seen their work - it was very good indeed imo.

Take a look at the various galleries on their website. I couldn't believe how cheap they were relative to everyone else!

My firend with the Type R said: Black to Cream... "Yeah baby, they've done a couple of ferraris. A 360 was there when mine was."

Kent High Performance do retrims I believe. Being Ferrari specialists, may be a comfort.

Clare at KHPC does an excellent job and works almost exclusively on Ferraris. I can't say enough about the service I get from these people....a top class firm! They also look after a few Lambos......and a Jensen!

Since I don't know if Nick Fulcher (internationally was the BEST trimmer on the planet) of Norfolk is even still alive, let alone re-trimming, Mike Thomas at West Harting (near Petersfield) is probably the 'Carlsberg' of trimmers in the UK - not cheap but astonishingly good! Message me for info.

Sorry but I would have to disagree - my dad is the best in the world smile. Many many years at Rolls Royce as a coachtrimmer (even sent on special missions - Buckingham Palace, Sultan of Brunai to sort out leather issues) and self employed since. Worked on cars for stars and ordinary blokes and his attention to detail and strive for perfection is second to none. He's retired now but still does the odd job in his garage! He's based near High Wycombe.
