Baby Seat

I am contemplating a 330i M Sport Touring and wondering how easy access can be with a car seat assuming that you have an isofix base already located on the rear seat. I have a small back problem and am wondering whether the relative low position of the seat (as compared to a 4 x 4) might aggravate the issue.
