mk2 plastic headlight cover

My headlight has allways been a bit misty,but noticed the other day it was full of water!!!!.I managed to get it off without too much damage.How easy are these to refix back and what do i use please?

I used on my Tam..... Black Sikaflex 221 to bond cover back to the body then Black ambersil sealant to fill the gap between the body and the cover. Dont rush it, make sure all surfaces are clean, or buy cheap sealants otherwise it will leak again or at the very least mist up. Also Sikaflex has quite a long cure time (although its grab strength is v. good) so don't drive it for a few hours.
