You saw a VERY VERY VERY rare beast today.
That appears to be an SGS Marbella.
It would have started as a Mercedes SEC (usually a 500SEC). The engine is most likely a standard item and not a 10 litre!
SGS are Styling Garage. WIKI LINK
They converted the cars to a convertible and often even transformed the interior with upgraded sound systems and leather.
The fact that it appears to Right Hand Drive makes it even rarer!
