Is there a vacuum take-off on the Weber 40DCOE (for vacuum gauge) or do I have to drill and tap the inlet manifold?

There is a vacuum take off on all but very early carbs. It’s under one of the two brass screws on the top. One is the progression hole cover, the other a vacuum blanking plug. I always used to remove all 4 and use some adaptors to attach my 4 vacuum gauges. It’s either a 5 or 6 mm standard thread.

its number 48 in this diagram

Hi Buzzer. Brilliant! I feel a bit windy about drilling the manifold. Thanks
