Work shop space / Storage in the southeast.

I have the option of a large workshop about 2700 Square foot just off the A12/M25

It's going to be too big and expensive for me alone, but I have 2 or 3 other that want to sub rent some space, but ideally I could do with sub letting to more.

Could either be just used as storage or could be used as a workshop. if I get it, I will be putting in a 4 poster at some stage. as will use the spare to work and develop the car, plus by brother will use it for bike repairs.

As it will be shared It's only going to be with people I know.

I'm going to see it Saturday so will have more info about size and costs next week.

but let me know if you interested. (I think its only Keith, Tim and Michael in the S/E)

Well had a look on Saturday after the Caterham Factory visit.

But it look like, it's going to take a while, the one we was hoping to share is not going to be available for a while, plus the other unit is still being built.

I was hoping it was going to be a matter of saying yes or no,but don't be moving any time soon maybe July

ok I'll keep you updated once I know more info. it all depends of numbers and cost.

As said it previous post its not going to be until at least July until anything going to happen.

Currently I'm using my mates back garden, but I expect him to be quite p'ed off by the middle of the summer, so mid july would be just great for me...

It's still on the card, but we are still waiting for the current owner to move out.
should know more at the end of the month.
