Decided i wanted to change the 16" rims on the griff to some slightly larger ones original ones fitted here

so spent ages trawling the net looking for some suitable 17" items, thought id found a simple design that might work in these smc rims

Even had someone do a quick photoshop effort to see what they would like like in anthracite, which was my prefered choice of colour to go with the blue paintwork

This car/wheel combo being my inspiration

So ordered the wheels, but for some reason a different style was sent, but looking at them i prefered these to my original choice,as they have a certain spider esq look about them,(my all time fav tvr wheel)the way the spokes curve back into the rim,so decided to keep these ones

And a trial fit to see if they would be ok

So off to the powdercoaters to get the centers done in gunmetal, and leave the lip polished...

Fitted some Falken 452 rubber yesterday and all done....i like them anyways

eta one more pic ...

Absolutly no idea im afraid, thay are SMC branded wheels from germany, designated as a H wheel as a lot of their rims have letters as model names, but looking at them there seem to be no more info about them than that, guy i got them from is in liverpool, autostyle wheels is his ebay shop

The wheels that should have turned up look a bit like the ones I have

not identical though.

I have no idea what make they are, they came with the car and have no markings on. scratchchin

That looks quite low..! Do you have any problems with the front ARB not working? Recently had to have mine raised slightly to cure this problem and I'm sure it wasn't as low as that to start!

They do look like my original choice ones i agree..... there are no manufacturing markings on the ones i actually used either,so maybe they are from the same source?

Not that I have noticed, only scrapping the exhaust on anything higher than a matchstick!
The car was like that when I bought it and I have thought about raising it some, we shall see.
